Greetings!
In about 3 months, I'll be heading to Korea to study Korean and find out what living in Korea is like. I plan to post news, pictures etc. on this blog. To anyone interested in a look now and then, I invite you to join me here.
The hangul (Korean alphabet) posters on the bedroom closet door were given to me over a year ago by Harold (my husband), and the book was given to me recently by my good friends Leslie and Kathy. They, and all my family and friends at San Jose City College and elsewhere have been very supportive in encouraging me to do this. Thank you all.
Woohoo! First blog post, yay! Look forward to reading, of course. And, am I crazy, or was there a picture of me where your picture is a few minutes ago??
ReplyDeleteHoly sh...tt - you're watching me while I do this!! I'm just trying this out, figuring out how to do it. It's taking me a while... I have no idea why your picture popped up in my first try -yes, that surprised me too. Anyway, I'm still working on the final version. I keep posting because I can't figure out exactly what it will look like otherwise. I can see this could be dangerous! What a surprise to see I already had a comment!! Anyway, I'm so glad it's you!
ReplyDeleteNow - is this comment also going public??? How do I just answer you? Is there a way to erase this comment later? I guess I will find out.... Thanks for your encouraging words.
Since I'm a "follower" of your blog, I'm alerted whenever you make a post (hence being able to see it so quickly- don't worry, since I'm your only follower, I'm sure I'm the only one who saw you playing around with it :) ).
ReplyDeleteWhenever you "comment" on the blog, it's going to be public (unless you set your blog to make ALL comments private- then no one but you will see any of the comments). To answer just me, you'd have to email me, there's no direct way to do it through blog comments. And yes, I'm pretty sure you can erase these comments later.
